Customs complex

In the terminal’s territory there function:

• Excise customs terminal (Central excise customs unit);
• Stabna customs terminal (Smolensk customs unit);
• Veterinary and phytosanitary control units;
• Customs representative OOO Alfa Trans Terminal;
• Bank JSC «ProBank».

It makes the Complex a comfortable place for customs processing of excisable and non-excisable goods delivered to the Russian Federation from the EU countries and Asia.

The Alfa Trans renders services in customs processing of excisable goods as well as of goods whose processing is in the competence of the Central excise customs:

1. commercial vehicles;
2. agricultural machines;
3. lubricants;
4. precious stones and metals;
5. tobacco and tobacco products;
6. alcoholic products and beer;
7. perfumery and other excisable goods.

In the territory of the excise customs terminal there are:

• Parking area for 200 trucks and 50 passenger vehicles;
• Temporary storage warehouse open area – 8 000 m².

Open storage effective area is 7 400 m²; temporary storage warehouses effective volume is 800 m³; adjacent grounds – 23 400 m².

In the territory of the overall competence customs terminal there are:

• parking area for 620 vehicles;
• temporary storage warehouses open area – 75 000 m².

Open storage effective area is 34 000 m²; covered temporary storage warehouses effective volume – 4000 m³; covered ramp temporary storage warehouse area for phyto- and veterinary goods – 1 300 m²; adjacent grounds – 27 000 m².
In its territory simultaneous inspection of 32 vehicles can be performed.
The terminal is open seven days a week, from 9 am till 9 pm.

The Alfa Trans performs customs processing of goods subject to phytosanitary and veterinary control.

• Inspection of documents, consultation on processing of goods subject to phytosanitary and veterinary control;
• Receipt of permits from the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Monitoring Service for customs processing and transfer of these documents to the driver so that he could transport the goods to the delivery point in the Russian Federation or through the territory of the Customs Union;
• Representation of the organization in the course of phytosanitary and veterinary inspection;
• Work during weekends and holidays;
• Same-day release of goods subject to phytosanitary and veterinary control.

The Alfa Trans renders services in customs processing and release of certificates for vehicles imported by private persons for personal use.

• Reporting on the arrival of vehicles with goods to the temporary storage warehouse and on departure of vehicles with goods from the temporary storage warehouse by means of automatic messages sent to the indicated e-mail addresses;
• Sending of documents accompanying vehicles with goods to the indicated e-mail addresses;
• Representation of the organization in the course of customs inspection;
• Representation of the organization in the course of goods inspection, loading/unloading of goods in the temporary storage warehouses;
• Work during weekends and holidays;
• Completion of documents and their transfer to the driver so that he could transport the goods to the delivery point in the Russian Federation or through the territory of the Customs Union.

• Assistance in getting certificates in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia;
• Assistance in getting certificates and declarations of compliance;
• User account.
